CRP Group launches Flat Out Service

June 15, 2026

Functional components in Windform® composites, 3D-printed within hours of design sign-off and ready to perform the moment they're fitted. From elite motorsport to every sector where hours matter, now available on demand.

Flat Out Service

The fastest-turnaround service in CRP Group's SLS additive manufacturing range turns a confirmed STL file into functional components in Windform® composites within a single day.

The Flat Out Service was born in the most unforgiving environment when it comes to time: Formula 1 motorsport. Teams gave the green light in the morning - and by evening the part was ready to fit and perform. They mounted it directly on the race car and competed the following day, with no compromise on performance or safety. Whatever the objective, it is never at risk.

All of this is possible because reliability is not verified afterwards: it is built in beforehand, inside the process. Windform® composites deliver the same mechanical performance, batch after batch. Manufacturing follows ISO 9001 and EN 9100 certified processes. Every material is characterized in depth: impact, vibration, thermal cycling, fluid exposure, flame retardancy.

And behind materials and processes: three decades of R&D that have produced materials qualified on track, in orbit and in the most demanding missions. With this depth of data and a process this stable, speed stops being a risk.

"Plenty of services can 3D-print a part fast. Manufacturing, just as quickly, a component whose functionality is already guaranteed is a different matter - that's where thirty years of work make the difference," says Franco Cevolini, CEO and CTO of CRP Group. "Flat Out Service turns that experience into something very simple for our customers: confirm in the morning, collect in the evening, race or deploy the next day."

Born on the racetrack, Flat Out Service is now available on demand to every industry where rapid turnaround and proven performance must go hand in hand - from aerospace and defense to robotics and industrial systems.
