From Composites to High-Performance Metals

3D Printing in Windform® for Marine

Where metal corrodes and conventional plastics degrade under UV and salt spray, Windform® composites maintain mechanical properties and dimensional stability over time. CRP Group’s professional SLS enables the production of marine equipment, wheelhouse and pilothouse elements, motor housings, deck fittings, and components with complex features impossible to realize with traditional systems – no molds, extreme customization, and reduced lead times.

High-Performance Titanium and Metal Components

CRP Group engineers mission-critical metal parts for sailing and motor yachts – including high-performance titanium batten cars capable of withstanding compression loads exceeding 3 tons while maintaining perfect dimensional accuracy in saltwater environments. Machined on 5-axis CNC centers with EDM and dedicated long-reach tooling, these components demonstrate CRP Group’s ability to bring motorsport-grade precision to the marine industry.

Engineering Corrosion-Resistant and High-Strength Components

CRP Group manufactures structural, propulsion, and mechanical components through 5-axis CNC machining, DMLS with CNC finishing, and Rapid Sand Casting – in titanium, stainless steels, marine-grade aluminum, and copper alloys. SLS 3D printing in Windform® additionally delivers concept models, mock-ups for wind and water tunnel testing, in-scale reproductions, and functional prototypes for fit, assembly, and performance validation. Every part – composite or metal – is delivered with full inspection, traceability, and surface treatments for long-term marine-grade durability.
