How it works
Every packaging integrates a hidden chip, physically non-replicable and protected by military-grade encryption, registered in the system during the production process certified to ISO 9001 and EN 9100 standards. Simply hold an enabled smartphone near the packaging for instant verification – no app required, no manual operation.
The system checks the chip’s authenticity in real time through two independent checks: real-time OTP authentication and chip UUID validation. Verified data is then delivered exclusively through the official CRP Group WhatsApp channel, Meta-certified.
Every scan is checked: if the chip is not intended for the receiving company, the system blocks access and triggers an immediate alert – a critical safeguard against counterfeit parts entering the supply chain.
Controlled and secure access
Reading the chip and accessing its digital archive is reserved exclusively for authorized operators, equipped with a dedicated digital key issued by CRP Group: without it, the chip cannot be read. This ensures sensitive information remains confidential and protected from unauthorized access – a critical layer of supply chain security for procurement teams and compliance officers.
The system automatically monitors any anomalous scans or access attempts from compromised chips, flagging them in real time.
What you get with a scan
With a scan from an enabled device, authorized operators verify in real time that the component is original and manufactured by CRP. They can also access the component’s digital archive, where the following are displayed:
Authenticity confirmation and number of recorded interactions
Certificate of Authenticity
Order number and date
Component serialization and material used
Additional customized documentation can be agreed upon with CRP Group upon request.
With CRP UniqTrust protocol, every component acquires a complete digital identity certifying its ID, origin and compliance status, backed by an immutable record of processes and interactions – enabling full track and trace across the supply chain and strengthening supply chain security and integrity and customer trust.
The system adopts today a digital identity infrastructure consistent with the direction of the European Digital Product Passport (DPP) and supports ESG objectives through the full dematerialization of technical documentation, reducing paper consumption and improving environmental traceability.
