After the Livrea26 project, the 3D-printed prototype carried out in collaboration with Livrea Yacht Italia, the Windform materials will be on display at the Annapolis Boat Shows 2014. The venue is considered to be one the most important boat show of in the US.

Annapolis Boat Show will take place from 9 to 13 October at the Annapolis City Dock.

CRP Technology ranks among the undisputed leaders in 3D printing and has built the 1:14 prototype of a boat called Livrea26 that represents the evolution of the traditional boat of the island of Pantelleria.

The Livrea26 integrates cutting-edge design solutions and choices that maximise performance and simplify management for simpler boat handling.

By using Windform materials and 3D Printing, it was possible to build the Livrea26 in just a few days while nevertheless safeguarding the utmost accuracy of the most complex details and a strong aesthetic appeal supported by the important mechanical properties of materials usually used in high performance fields, such as motorsport and aerospace.
